Presales Executive – (1-3 Years)

Job description:

Accountable for developing customer solutions in the sales cycle, centered on thoughtful customer needs and bring into line those needs with acceptable offerings. Shall sustain the sales team with the essential proposal building, product/service information, and support sales team in the complete cooperation required.

Primary Skills:

  • Work faithfully with Sales, Marketing and Technology teams to provide wide-ranging solutions to the client
  • Assistance in responding to RFP’s, RFI, and RFQ
  • Distinguish, translate and map clients functional or business necessities to the product/service offerings and help customers weigh the benefit
  • Articulate the scope into various tasks and assess the effort required to implement
  • Certify smooth transition to technical teams of the business and functional requests agreed with the customer and permit initial hand-holding and affiliation building with customer

Secondary Skills:

  • Good search expertise & quest for learning
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
  • Knowledge of various SDLC models
  • Knowledge of IT offshoring business
  • Understanding in software services
  • Knowledge in breaking down functional requirements into granular tasks and estimating it through various techniques
