Streamlining Patient Services for American Mission Hospital with a Mobile Solution
American Mission Hospital, one of the oldest and most renowned hospitals in Bahrain, faced challenges in managing patient appointment bookings and report collection. Urbansoft developed a mobile application integrated with the hospital’s Health Information System (HIS), allowing patients to conveniently book appointments and access their medical reports.
The hospital staff had to manually check the HIS for available doctor schedules when booking appointments, leading to inefficiencies. Additionally, patients had to physically visit the hospital to collect lab or radiology reports, making the process time-consuming and inconvenient.
